In Colorado, every employer with at least one employee should have workers’ compensation insurance. Your access to these benefits does not depend on your part-time or full-time status.

When it comes to lost wages, you may be entitled to temporary total disability benefits (TTD), which covers two-thirds of your average weekly pay.
